Capsicum(Bell Pepper) curry

Ingredients 

Green Bell pepper-2

Red Bell Pepper -1

Orange Bell pepper -1

Red chilly powder 1/2 tablespoon

Salt to taste

Olive oil

Besan flour/Indian gram flour 1 1/2 table-spoon

 

Step -1

Take medium size multi colored Bell pepper (Capsicum)

Step-2

Split the Bell pepper in the middle and clean the seeds in between.


Step-3

Cut Bell pepper like shown below.


Step-4

Pour oil in a pan and once the oil heat’s up put all of the cut Bell pepper into the  pan. Close the pan with a lid and allow it cook until its soft and little crunch.

Step-5

Once the Bell Pepper is cooked, add red chili powder as required, Indian gram flour (Besan flour) and salt to taste.


Step-6

Once all of it is cooked you could enjoy Capsicum(Bell Pepper) curry, with Rice or chapatti’s.
