I love fruits and I wanted to share some Tropical fruits you get in India, which I love and got the opportunity to eat.
- Jamun ( Black Plum)
I have eaten this fruit only in India.
This fruit is available in the summer and has many health benefits. Some of the health benefits of this fruit is it relieves stomach pain and also helps in keep blood sugar under check for people who are diabetic.
Lychee is another tropical fruit produced in India. You should try eating Lychee cold, they are more juicy than warm.
The health benefits of Lychee, is a good source of Vitamin C. If you eat a few lychee’s you get your daily dose of Vitamin C for a day.
Mangoes is another Tropical fruit you get in India. Mango is the National fruit of India.There are several different varieties you get here. One of the most popular variety you get here is Alphanso.

This is another Tropical fruit you get in India.
