Cauliflower Paratta’s




Wheat flour – 2 cup

Cauliflower – small size 1

Green chilly – 3 small

Ginger – small piece

Cilantro – small bunch

Olive oil as needed

Turmeric powder- 1 teaspoon

Salt as needed


In a bowl add 2 cups of Atta( wheat flour), 2 teaspoon of oil, 1/4 teaspoon of salt.




Add required amount of water and knead the flour until the mixture is kneaded into a ball and set aside.


Take cauliflower florets and grate them in a bowl, cut the green chilies and ginger and add to the grated cauliflower.



Take a pan and add 2 tablespoons of oil , when oil is warm add the grated cauliflower, green chilies and ginger and cook along with Turmeric powder and salt. Once cooked set it aside in a bowl to cool.


Sprinkle dry flour on your counter and then take medium size balls of the dough. Using a rolling pin, roll the dough.


Take 2 teaspoons of the filling and put them on the dough.


After placing the cauliflower mixture and then fold the dough as shown below and then using the rolling pin roll the dough.


Roll the dough until you get a flat and thin finish.


Take a flat pan , once the pan is hot place the cauliflower dough in the pan. Add oil and cook both sides of the Paratta until crisp and brown. Enjoy it hot along with some pickle.
